World Nature Conservation Day (28 July 2023), celebrated by planting trees.
Nagpur, 28 July 2023: On the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day, Atmasparsh Charitable Trust, Bhartiya Vidya Prasarak Sanstha, Nagpur and alumni of 1992 created awareness among the students about tree planting and the importance of plants in our environment at Nutan Bharat Vidyalaya.
At ten in the morning, the students removed the tree from the school. He went to the settlements around the school and explained the importance of trees.
In the second phase of the program, the school children and Atmasparsh Charitable Trust President Dr. Abhiruchi Palsapure, Secretary Abhinandan Palsapure, Secretary of Bhartiya Vidya Prasarak Sanstha Mr. Ramesh Bakshi and Principal Mrs. Vandana Badwai all planted fruit trees in the school. Also, some students were given small saplings to plant in their homes.
In the programs Mr. Abhinandan Palsapure appealed to the students to bring a water bottle for themselves while coming home and bring another small bottle with them and start giving water to the small plants or small trees on the side of the road. Also, Mr. Ramesh Bakshi gave a lecture on how to maintain the balance of nature through tree conservation and Principal Mrs. Vandana Badwai guided the students on how to take care of the trees planted in the school and the plants given at home.
Two former students of the school, Mr. Yogesh Dhoble and Mrs. Ranjana Patil also participated in this activity of the school, along with Mr. Vaibhav Bopinwar, Mrs. Nikita Chawre, Monali Kathoke and Rani Wankhede, of AtmaSparsh Charitable Trust also participated. At the end of the program Mrs. Geeta Turale gave thanks.
